## The brief

The idea needed a real test, fast: a working product in front of insurance agencies within a week, not a plan or a mockup.

## What we delivered

- A working web product for agencies and their customers, on desktop and phone.
- The first release in under 3 days from the first commit.
- A safe release process from the first release: nothing reaches the live product without passing its checks.

## Screens

Screens from the product. The interface is in Turkish, for agencies in Turkey.

*The agency panel: every policy in one searchable list, with PDF upload.*

- *The same panel on a phone.*

- *The client's page: their policies, with the PDF one tap away.*

## What happened next

Online payments were added on 23 Sep, within 5 days of the first commit, on the same foundation as the first release.
