**MVP in one week. Then a monthly retainer.**The core build ran from 15 to 22 Jul 2026. The client then kept us on a monthly retainer, and the work has continued through October 2026.

## The brief

Fit'n Co's dietitians coached their members over WhatsApp. They needed a working app for members and a panel for staff, so the coaching could move onto a platform of their own.

## What we delivered

- A member app for iOS and Android and a staff panel, in one week.
- One backend behind both, which everything since has been built on.
- Staging and production pipelines from the first days, so every change is checked before it ships.

## Screens

Screens from the member app and the staff panel. The interface is in Turkish.

- *Weight tracking: every weigh-in on a chart, and the distance to the goal.*

- *Coaching programs with their prices and what each one includes.*

- *A locked feature says what premium includes.*

- *The staff panel overview on a phone.*

## What happened next

After the MVP, the client moved to a monthly retainer and we kept building on the same foundation. So far the retainer has covered:

- A redesign of the mobile app to the client's own design
- Apple in-app purchases
- Push notifications
- Real SMS sign-in
- KVKK (Turkish data protection law) features: consent records, staff access logs and account deletion
- Two-factor sign-in for staff

## Timeline
